Hi, I’m Laura

I’m a big believer that everyone can benefit from therapy. You don’t have to be experiencing a crisis to ask for help. Whether it’s a big change in your circumstances or something that you feel should be a minor hurdle in life’s journey, if it’s causing you to feel overwhelmed, uncertain or confused, TN Counselling is here to help you feel supported and confident in taking action.

I practice humanistic, integrative counselling - which means I believe you are the expert on you, and I’m here to meet you as another human.

In our confidential counselling sessions, either in my counselling space in central Tonbridge or online via video call, we’ll work together to explore your feelings, goals and what’s keeping you from moving forwards.

My counselling work spans many areas. As well as working with individuals like you, I work with Hospice in the Weald, working with bereaved people, those about to lose a loved one, and patients of the Hospice. I also work with West Kent Mind, helping local people with anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-worth, grief, loss, transition and much much more, as well as with students at North Kent College who struggle with self-identity, transition and self-harm.

I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and hold a diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling from the Wealden Institute of Psychology.

I love to support local clients as well as local charities and non-profit organisations, including…
